File Early Florida: Annual Report Filing Deadline on May 1st
TALLAHASSEE — Secretary of State Ken Detzner released the following statement reminding business entities in Florida that the deadline for filing their annual reports is May 1, 2014. Secretary Detzner released the video below earlier this year to encourage businesses to file their annual reports early.
“The filing deadline is approaching on May 1, and I encourage all business entities to file their annual reports as soon as possible,” said Secretary of State Ken Detzner. “Online filing is done on sunbiz.org, the Department of State’s official filing website, and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. File early, Florida.”
