Records Management for Florida Public Agencies 

This three-hour webinar is designed for Records Management Liaison Officers, records managers and other records personnel.   

The webinar covers a wide variety of topics, including:   

  • Basic concepts of records management.  
  • Records retention, records schedules and series.  
  • Records disposition documentation.  
  • Records storage and inventory.  
  • Public access provisions.  
  • Rules and standards concerning electronic records and email management.    

Records Management for Florida Public Law Enforcement Agencies 

3 hours, $150 flat fee, limit 50 attendees  

This webinar is similar to our Records Management for Florida Public Agencies webinar, but includes additional slides and examples that are specific to law enforcement agencies.   

Sessions are conducted from either:  

  •  9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 
  • 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. 
  • 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  

The Essentials of Records Management for Florida Public Agencies 

1 hour, $50 flat fee, limit 50 attendees  

This webinar introduces the concepts of records management covered more fully in our Records Management for Florida Public Agencies webinar.   

It is designed for employees of any Florida public agency whose public records responsibilities might be limited, but who still create and manage records or supervise employees who do so.   

Session times are flexible; you can request the time you need.
