Book pitch:
At the age of 15, Thistle Tate wrote the first installment of a best selling novel, and she became rich and famous quickly. The only problem is she didn’t write it, and the truth is bound to be discovered.

I would recommend this book to readers who:
Teens who love realistic fiction, literature, and coming of age stories.

Favorite quote:
“What would you be willing to do for the people you love? The answer might scare you.” -229

My favorite part was:
I enjoyed the use of color in the novel. The author painted vivid pictures through her descriptions, and she gave certain characters signature colors.

I also enjoyed Thistle Tate’s development.

If I could change one thing, it would be:
I’d make Thistle’s speeches shorter (most teenagers don’t talk that long without getting interrupted).
