Florida Library Information Network

The Florida Library Information Network (FLIN) is a statewide cooperative network for interlibrary loan and resource sharing.

FLIN members have over 37 million items in a shared statewide database.
In 2020, FLIN member libraries freely exchanged over 54,965 items with other member libraries.

IMLS-Required Federal Funding Statement

For FY2021-22, the percentage of total costs for the State Library and Statewide Resource Sharing program financed with federal money is 66%; the federal dollar amount to be spent on the FLIN SHAREit product is $185,300. This program does not receive any non-governmental funding.

Many of these resources and programs are funded under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology Act from the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Florida's LSTA program is administered by the Department of State's Division of Library and Information Services.
