Virtual Office Hours with Program Managers

Drop in on our virtual office hours!

Starting the week of October 18, the “Virtual Office Hour” comes back with a twist.  The new format, named “Grantees’ Highlights,” will be an opportunity for featured grantees to “show and tell” by offering behind the scenes tours, showcasing exhibitions, spotlighting dress rehearsals, or even presenting strategic plans and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives. It will be a space to connect with other grantees across the state, share ideas, inspire, and, above all, foster a virtual, statewide, arts and culture community. 

The presentations will take place on GoToMeeting, will last half an hour, and will be followed by Q and A.  As always, staff will be available to answer questions about applications, contracts, payment requests, reports, etc. Grantees’ Highlights will be offered either on Tuesdays, 2-3pm or Thursdays, 10-11am, depending on the featured grantee’s availability.
