Description
Vestige Concept Gallery is seeking artists for our Annual Spring Exhibition featuring guest co-curator Mr. Kyle Houser, Executive Director of Pittsburgh Center for the Arts & Media. This Exhibition seeks to showcase works offering "modern, contemporary, and innovative perspectives" from a wide variety of artist talent both regionally, as well as nationally. Known as "The Paris of Appalachia," the Exhibition will be held in the cultural heart of Pittsburgh, PA, at Vestige Concept Gallery. This exhibit is their annual Spring showcase, bringing to life the latest and fresh perspectives of emerging talent for an audience of buyers, collectors, and the general public.
We are seeking artwork of any medium, from Emerging, Student, Mid-Career, and/or Professional Artists. Work should encompass themes relating to something "new," bold, visionary, and should offer a refreshing perspective on arts, or, a modern take on classic techniques. (Please Note that the theme of this show does not exclusively revolve around "Appalachia", Appalachian themes, nor is it exclusively contemporary by definition. Artists seeking consideration can reside outside of the region).
