Patricia Frost, of Miami Beach, is a former Principal with Miami-Dade County Public Schools and a longtime supporter of the arts. Along with her husband, Dr. Phillip Frost, they have supported projects such as The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science and The Patricia and Phillip Frost Art Museum. Mrs. Frost is Chairman Emeritus of the Smithsonian American Art Museum Commission and the Honorary Chairman of The National Board of the Smithsonian Institution. She received her bachelor’s degree from Colby College and her master’s degree from Columbia University.
